You seem like you have been in the equity market market long enough to know price overshoots and undershoots all the time depending on the overwhelming sentiment at a particular point in time. This is how it allows us to make or lose money 29c being the rock bottom valuation sounds about right. I am waiting for more info around forward W7 / Walyering production as well as the SE standalone development before updating my DCF, but I have a fair value of 35c right now. So the market pricing is offering 80% upside to my fair value - hence why I have doubled my holding since SE2/3.

Yes, I could be wrong in my DCF model even though I have used a lot of conservative parameters and assumptions. Valuation is tricky because there are so many moving parts and requires so many forward looking forecasts and assumptions. But in this case, it is quite simple because even the break up value of WE and Walyering alone is worth more than our company EV.

That is why it's better to focus more on the value, and definitely pay zero attention to whoever is telling you there is still 150-200mn to go. I mean, we are at 560mn market cap now. So another 150-200 would take us to 410-360mn. What's the logic behind that magical range?

Market momentum may take it there, but i may also take it back to high 20s. Truth is nobody knows what the market will do in the short term. What I do know is that value will prevail eventually
