Yes, I could be wrong in my DCF model even though I have used a lot of conservative parameters and assumptions. Valuation is tricky because there are so many moving parts and requires so many forward looking forecasts and assumptions. But in this case, it is quite simple because even the break up value of WE and Walyering alone is worth more than our company EV.

That is why it's better to focus more on the value, and definitely pay zero attention to whoever is telling you there is still 150-200mn to go. I mean, we are at 560mn market cap now. So another 150-200 would take us to 410-360mn. What's the logic behind that magical range?

Market momentum may take it there, but i may also take it back to high 20s. Truth is nobody knows what the market will do in the short term. What I do know is that value will prevail eventually

360-410mn on 60m a year turnover and high cash burn is maybe why the market could price it like that?
want to change the market cap bring the inground resources online because paper in ground resources aren't going to improve the cash flow
