That haul road sell down money, along with the Azure stake sale, is to deleverage MIN's balance sheet. Regardless of that, MIN could take out STX if and when it wants to without much fuss. I hope they don't as I have deep believe in OH delivering a significant amount of value. It is worth remembering that Walyering was essentially a trial proof of concept for OH, and look at how profitable that has been for us. OH is 6x bigger
