just watching this latest episode now and an example of what i said about them providing good content to educate people on aspects of markets is the takeover rules.
now many will know these and i encourage people in the current lithium climate to understand them all.
as mentioned in the podcast one rule is you cant put a takeover bid for a price less than the highest price you bought shares on market. so with Minres paying 85c for GAM shares and assuming they don't buy on market anymore over 85c this represents the floor they would need to bid to take more shares, then add what takeover premium is required to get the shares from top 20 , management etc.....
.these are important concepts to understand at times, surprised no one mentioned this when Minres became a substantial holder. (forgive me if i am wrong with that statement i dont read all posts or recall them).
