Guys - I would encourage you to also pay attention to what they are not telling you. As stated at the very outset of this thread it was speculated that money would be probably needed during the June Quarter.

That $230k research grant is wonderful but Volt will STILL have $1.64million of OUTFLOWS in this quarter according to iots recently Qtrly Cash Flow statement.

If we now add this $230k + $125k into the mix it will leave them with around $1.678m (refer again to the Quarterly just released).

At their current quarterly burn rate of $1.98m* over last 3 quarters + the estimate Mar-17...they wont have anything other than chump change left come June 30th.

So its fine and dandy to say they just got an extra $355k into the kitty but I feel a little bit like VRC management are hoping you shareholders will be lazy and not do the math that is still staring you in the face:

But I'll do it for you....$2.91m (Dec-16) + $230k + $125k minus expected outflows of $1.648m leaves $1.323m at Mar-17.

Unless they shut down everything in the Jun quarter and spend absolutely ZERO....they are most likely going to need money sometime in the next 4.5 months because they'll probably have less than $250k at June 30th.
