Phantom, you are pretty much on the ball. it was the other director though how was referring to the super top up.

My concern was the admittance of the potential of the dilution of the SP re the latest fund raising as admitted at todays meeting.

They implied they had their thoughts re the SP drop off although I felt that was a easy one for them as they could not justify it and anyway we can find out by next Thursday who the sellers have been.

Also of note was they stated the drill rigs have been impossible to get.

that was way over the top as I know in fact that anyone who has had the funds in place for a rig has had no trouble obtaining one.
