Occam, with respect i am not a ring leader although I have the guts to be a first point of contact.

A lot of work has gone into the proposed EGM my myself and others.

Whether or not a EGM proceeds is not the point.

The point is todays meeting was a direct result of SH disappointment in the lack of action of the board.

I know this as a matter of fact.

I am the one who has received many emails from SH and know from many of their frustrations with ICON.

You often make negative comments on the ICN threads regarding the board etc.

I on the other hand have WALKED the TALK and with the assistance of others have spent countless hours being proactive as many on this board will attest communicating with people all over the country including SH from NZ.

With all due respect what have you done?
