    What has fuelled inflation?
The rampant spending of the coalition, who brought in Jobkeeper and frittered away close to a billion dollars, on companies which didn't even need the help.
The concentration of wealth into fewer hands, that's what's done it, plus the rorting by the big 2 supermarket chains Coles and Woolworths which have each made over a billion dollars each, EACH during the period.

We are on the verge of a major recession possibly a depression that's how serious it is.
If the RBA lands yet another interest rate rise it will kill off what life remains in the economy. IMO we are on the verge of a worldwide liquidity problem.

The reason that the RBA Governor Philip Lowe had to go, was his track record of misleading ordinary people with his pronouncements and expectations and then slamming them with the opposite decision. This was after a review of the RBA and the structure it wasn't some kind of mood Chalmers was in, it was the result of a review process.

The RBA is now as part of the review working harder on its messaging and communications because it is totally unacceptable to say no expected interest rate rises until 2014 for example. Just don't say it! Do not mislead the average person who looks to you for insight, there are other errors he's made at least 3 colossal ones. HIs position was untenable and he knew it.
Plus the new appointment is the former Deputy Governor so it's not like Chalmers has made some kind of crony selection.

Agree with you on Dutton he has no idea what he stands for, he has no credibility. I'm not happy with Labor but Dutton and crew would be a total disaster.
Most people seem to understand this.
