Was it only recently (August 2017) the Indonesian minister for development travelled to Australia to promote infrastructure investment in Indonesia ?
I cannot find the article but he discussed numerous improvements in the business climate and stated "Indonesia is not what it was 10 or 15 years ago".
I believe he also discussed a free trade deal with Australia.
He very much played down the risk of doing business in Indonesia but here we have EFDL talking it up.
