"Ms Martin said there might be further appeals to the court on matters of law regarding the Denniston escarpment mine decision." From http://www.odt.co.nz/news/national/252899/further-bid-block-denniston-mine

The court intructed both parties to agree to a timetable to finalise the matter asap yet RF&B seems determined to obfuscate into perpetuity. However, Bathurst has likely anticipated every worst case scenario RF&B can dream up and still valued the escarpment project as compelling as a world class investment. Hamish has just (8th April) bought almost $100,000 dollars worth of shares on market. Would Ms Martin bet as much of her own money on the RF&B case?
