REVIEW OF OPERATIONS AND LIKELY DEVELOPMENTSThe primary activity of Hampton Hill has continued to be the managing of our royalty interest in the Central Leases ofthe Apollo Hill Gold project owned by Saturn Metals Limited (STN). Our Company holds a 5% gross royalty over all goldproduced in excess of one million ounces. The current Mineral Resource at Apollo Hill stands at 1.839 million ounces(105 million tonnes grading 0.54 grams per tonne) and STN is advancing pre-feasibility studies which are to include aone million tonne trial heap leach operation (Refer STN ASX announcement dated 28 June 2023).Commencement of this trial operation now awaits regulatory approvals and is anticipated to start early 2025 withcompletion midway through the following year. STN is concurrently carrying out an extensive drilling campaign with aview to expanding the mineralisation footprint to the north and south along strike. There is also scope to significantlyincrease the current resource, which is based on an opencut just 280 metres deep. The mineralisation is open belowthis depth. Deeper infill drilling could result in defining significant additional open pit gold mineralisation.Our board’s best estimate for when Hampton Hill will first receive proceeds from this royalty is during the 2034 year giventhe current concept of a 10 million tonne processing rate when in full scale production and a starting date of late 2027.While this is a significant time delay, annual cash flows to Hampton Hill are expected to then be substantial and exceed$20 million annually for the onward life of operations at the 10 million tonne per year rate, if current gold prices apply.
