    Sell a quality stock to buy into a private equity dog offering ... I don't think so. Why would you. DJS is a quality company at a fair price. A classic Warren Buffett stock. Trying to be a smarty pants by playing musical chairs between a quality stock and a mediocre one is just silly. Buy quality and hold it ... simple really.
