It's patently obvious that since the last meeting the Directors have been sitting on their hands whilst collecting their fees and burning through the Company's remaining capital.
The Directors were quite rude during the last meeting and refused to answer a shareholders questions regarding general business. Apparently there was none! Nothing to report! Silence. Nada. Zilch.
They obviously have no plans to take this Company forward and despite their rhetoric to the contrary, they have done nothing obvious to improve the Company's parlous performance.
The only time one hears anything from the MD is when he requires votes to support his lifestyle at shareholders expense!
A real public servant mentality!
Well overdue time for a change of Board !
