1. Yes they do. The development agreement specifically states that if Teva were to give MSB a 'decision notice' to withdraw from funding the trial, they have to hand back all of the IP.
2. The trial wasn't redesigned to take into account the different catheter, it was redesigned to target a different endpoint so they could make number of enrolled subjects smaller. That's directly from Silviu in the video.
