once again if the red paragon model is such a great business and has 3 years work in front of it and is as profitable as you say then why not appoach medic vision and buy it from them,we all know that they need the cash badly ,so you should be able to get the business at a bargain price,all you need is a can of insect killer for the second generation spiders and you are up and running in your own business which in your eyes is cashflow positive and has 3 years work in front of it ,don,t get me wrong l agree management have a lot to answer for , the way they have run this company is quite poor to say the least, but the constant down ramping from you guys make me wonder if there is more to your agenda than the poor running of a public company.
