If WHL need capital raising, management isn't doing a very good job in propping up the share price. IMO the company lacks a good PR team (if there is one) to promote what it has and it's potential...
Steve Noske's cv says he spent 7 years with Mitsui in Business Development. Maybe he should use his contacts there and get them to invest in WHL.
