I purchased 3 books on 10 October, after following a link from the ASX (they really should remove this!).

Have phoned and emailed several times. Mailbox full on the 1800 number and no answer on the general line.

Finally received an email response last week as per below. Not holding my breath....

Will also contact my credit card company.

"Sorry for not returning your calls. We had a major event with our third-party warehouse who have not shipped orders and have held back our stock. A lot of customers were affected and we have been scrambling to find out who and get orders filled with new stock. Now that I know of your situation, I will make sure you get your order as soon as I can which will be next week"
