Just to clarify the ware house funding is an off balance sheet facility that has various restrictions put in place by the funders to ensure it cannot be used for any other purpose other than loan originations. The bond will be used for corporate needs and is secured against corporate assets. But at 8.25% it seems to be rated as high risk which should be of concern. So like some other holders Im a little on the fence as to good or bad news.
