    EV is MC-CR raised. eg: If Monger raises $5 mil then MC would be $5.6mil. So EV=$5.6 mil - $5mil + $600k

    Guys pls learn what EV,MC, SOI etc are? In case you don't know MC it is Market Cap and CR is Capital Raised.

    Also read the prospectus!!
