From the Company release this morning and food for thought:
Our tight capital structure is one of our biggest advantages moving forward, and it is something that we will endeavour to preserve as much as possible in the months and years ahead. Ensuring that we maintain a relatively low level of shares on issue means that our share price can appreciate significantly should the Company experience any future positive developments. For example, achieving a market capitalisation of $20M, not unheard of for a junior explorer in today’s market, would translate to a share price of around 71c per share, a 3.5x increase on our 20c issue price. A share price of $1 would translate to a market capitalisation of only $28M.
