Should I conclude there are or were two facilities proposed in Texas involving Lynas?
Is one a JV with Blue Line and the other a project mainly funded by Pentagon, but which Lynas may have an offtake stream for material notable not needed for Pentagon requirements?
I am not surprised or concerned about KAL perceived delay. The interim supply of LPG in lieu of NG from a pipeline seems a pragmatic move. Not sure where the delay in pipeline occurred but permitting and supply of labour and materials are credible sources of delay.
I've done lots with APA in the past, and generally they are very good to deal with.

I think Lynas has had a win with the 6 month extension at LAMP and I'll be very surprised if that is not further extended.
