IMO it would be naive to believe the Americans will not learn a thing or two when Lynas sets up in Texas. History has shown that time and time again. Western countries are no different and we put ourselves first. The JARE agreement with Lynas would have to have leverage on allowing skills going to Vietnam IMO also.
