there's NO WAY for Mongolia coal to replace Australians,
as previously I said majority of the Chinese steel mills are in East coast HeBei province，Global crude steel production in 2023 was 1.8882 billion tons, Chinese accounts more than 60% of that and HeBei had 60% . much more efficient to use Australian coal shipments than train from thousands miles away the frozen north-eastern of China
