You wouldn’t know what you’re talking about re STX or MAY and I dare say I’d have more idea about EXR than you and I haven’t followed it closely since selling only enough to not regret selling, regardless of its future. I would be happy to see EXR succeed , eventually, likely after a shittonne more dilution and appraisal pain. Russia bombed their own pipe call was the final nail for me.
