Although counting wasn't complete, earlier this morning President Elbegdorj was announced as the winner (as expected) with just over 50% of the vote.
He's 'pro-mining' and now has another four years under his belt.
So, that's another box ticked. Now, to get OT shipping.
The next six months should be better (couldn't be worse I suppose). We need to get that rail concession application in, and approved. That gives banks and JV/offtake investors the security of transport they need.
