Yes it's a worry. The Rio JV makes a deal - after a lot of back and forth. They spend the capital in the country then the government says we want more of the resource.

I have mate who works assessing risks for mining companies. Risks are on the rise.
Having said that VOR resource is a good one and will continue to grow.
