    Hey Voltron,

    I do tend to agree that it will mostly affect companies currently producing and that it wont stop companies like VOR finding/producing minerals and subsequently increasing their value, but it may/will limit their potential "peak" value..

    While I dont disagree with countries wanting to make sure they have a piece of the pie, and i'd nearly encourage it (only part of me that doesnt is the money making part).. I just hope that they stick to their agreements and not play games by changing existing agreements.

    If they (relevant govts) demand more stake in new resources upfront (during planning) and it is still viable for the company to mine it, good on them.

    There is a bit of money to be made (for us, and for the govt/people) in Mongolia, and I hope they dont shoot themselves in the foot and scare off potential exploration by playing silly buggers.
