All i can say is a big thank-you to Julia Gillard for the fear on the Carbon tax here as it will only help to strengthen Mongolia/ china relations an their resource boom...

Maybe I should have applied for a Hotcopper school hall with an application for insulation bats, solar panels and free digital T.V. so that I could watch in comfort the next phase of the countries economic destruction while smoking my Olive Green packet of plain brand cigs I bought from a "reputable dealer"....
