I had a look at HAR last year but decided against it as they listed at the start of the mongol winter and im more interested in coking coal and DSO grade Fe projects. HAR are about to drill their main magnetite project which is next to the russian border with rail access. Could be wrong but recent releases/appointments sound like they are working on acquiring another project which they have more than enough cash to do. Chart shows stable downtrend since start of the year however with drilling about to start and potential corporate actions expect the downtrend is in trouble. Holding higher lows so far plus divergence seems to support this. Needs to crack 30c to confirm.
