UT- Sometimes what is normal and rational in a western country is going to be a far cry from what could be happening here..
Could be a case of the Tail wagging the dog.. Or as the old saying goes.."The man with the key is not here"
Unless the Buying group of the product has been working the pockets of the negotiation team of the power plant i.e many long dinners and ktv nights.. Then the delay to find the man with the key to switch the power one could be a very long wait indeed..
I have the power..you want the power..indeed..how much will you give me for this power..I would love to know more of this story..and just how much it is going to cost for this power..As power is not cheap here..even for locals..
