50 mill tonnes of high quality coking coal is nothing to get excited about. A peer comparison will see that our market cap is just about right for 50 Mt. AKM with 300 Mt HCC has a MC of less than $200 mill.
I was hoping for a lot more like 150 Mt as Im sure the market was too.
By the way, not all coal stocks have fallen. MNM seems to be holding up alright and they are based in the carbon tax land of Oz!
Surely the company could release a target estimate the next time they put pen to paper. They can put as many caveats on the estimate if they like. God knows they do it with their timelines.
