Wayward, I shouldn't care I know. I'm sure the people who use the thumbs are mostly a select group, and probably the more you complain the more they thumb you down lol. The same types that write to newspapers to complain.
But for me and I suppose others, it is nice to get at least 1 or 2 especially when you usually post jokes and go to the trouble of a chart.
We're all complex individuals.
Personally I rarely thumb up a post even if i love it, I just don't think about it. I just respond in another post.
Not sure it's the best way to evaluate quality in posts.
