After a week down globally, I'm looking at s/t retests of recent highs. Whether markets make it above those levels will depend on data over the next couple of weeks possibly giving evidence that some economies are at their worst and getting better. if markets get any confirmation that things are turning around. ie consumption and spending, then markets could push higher from now to the end of the year. Still could go either way
