    Whilst I enjoy your enthusiasm with NKP, CFE and now IGC, TS is not going to make us money by taking an extra month and a half to get the 20mill down payment (on top of the 1 year it took him to nut out the deal in the first place.)

    I hope he has the time to turn this one into a money spinner, however we would be better to take the money and then invest it into CFE or NKP.
