Absolutely Illogical to be doing a capital raising at this point and this is not something management would be considering. They have the appropriate funds for where they are currently placed and asking for people to take a speculative bet at this point is not the way it will be done. The negative signals which this would send to the market are numerous. Capital raising will only attract the right interest to raise $30 to 70 mill when people know they are betting on a good investment.
