Obviously a high risk spec this one but they do have some things in their favour:
- they got rid of the goose that was running them
- they have 1.5M tonnes fines stockpiled
- the opex projection looks low
- they now have 100% control of the resource
- they are able to produce a high quality product
- they have significantly lowered their debt
The major downside is the lack of financing and having to continually issue shares to YA Global to repay debt and for working capital.
Good chance you will lose your money on this one but if they do get it up and running again it may well provide huge returns at the current sp.
