Hi TT. I have stated this before but IMO NXS did not sell all of their shares - they transferred them into an off balance sheet, similar to a special vehicle trust to ensure liquidity in their selling and for the subsequent reporting to end.
Not 100% sure - but about 95% sure.
I hold at 53.
