the main worry at the moment is that the company will have massive writedowns on the value of the assets and these will cause the company to breach the 50% debt covenant.

there is no way that it this will happen

there will be writedowns but they will be small in the order of a couple of percent.


in order to value the properties they have to sell them.

But none are getting sold. So the valuers will probably only mark them down a bit.


This will happen across the board and the market will settle.

And this will be when we make our money. Not now but around August and September when the market settles.
