After what you said i checked my BT PDS in the loan contract believe it or not it does say one day/same with SGB (my brother uses it ( i look after it for him)
However i have been using both through an adviser for many years ( over 10) and have had several occasions where i have had a call and they have given me 3 days every time. I called my adviser and he confirmed it is a marketing thing that BT and SGB do to attract business, there are marketing materials with the 3 days and they are bound by it when using an adviser if direct he wasnt sure.
I asked the question re smaller loans and it is the same for them as well, he also guessed that LE works the same way.
