with banks hitting our collective low forecasts, i'm going to stick my neck out and say that i think the low is in. as per my previous posts over the last few weeks, i thought the low may hit either on friday or today based on my 1998 scenario.
i'm taking a little woddle into the water...hope i don't freeze. wish me well.
