I'm comforted by the fact I don't feel WIC shot the lights out as much it should have. I think it leaves plenty of room for more performance fees next year. I still think WA will see more internal migration (and eventual overseas immigration) given its handling of covid and it's remoteness. Meaning it's real estate stocks should continue upward. If WA gets an out of control outbreak then I'll need to rethink. I can only see capital raisings continuing for many years with the mining boom. I think we'll see our investment returned in dividends before it starts to slow down. Am I buying more?. Probably not . But only because I have enough invested in fund managers in my portfolio.
