    Got any evidence to back up 'small tin resource claim'

    Post #:53242340

    Below is a bit old so concede that there maybe be some other developments outside the below.

    AS per the recent announcement regarding the alluvial tin it basically stated;

    "What's they've stated today is
    257mT at 950ppm Sn = 260,000 TCT of Tin. (Roche Dure area)
    125mT @ 175ppm =21800 TCT (Alluvial)

    In ground value somewhere around 8bn USD. @ 30,000 USD for the Tin.
    So there's 278,000TCT of Tin in the current resource which means it's close to double the largest on the graph above.

    If you extrapolate out the exploration target of Manono for 1.5-2bt and assume a similar tin % through the spodumene pegs then there is reasonable conditions for ~ 1,000,000 TCT of Tin"

    The below is something a little more recent.

    above is an excellent report/summary regarding Tin.
    See below for where we stack up. 2nd largest globally for contained tin, for only a quarter of our known exploration target.

    Yes the grade is low as we drilled for lithium and accepted what tin grade we could. If you were drilling for tin resources you'd have a completely different resource model - albeit it would still be lower grade when compared to peers globally.

    most of the higher grades were exploited previously - hence the pits and tailings.

    So yes certainly, the Tin is treated as a credit.
    Is the tin resource 'small'? categorically not.
