the question about the infrastructure is: what good is the 'treasure' if it is stuck in the middle of nowhere?

another few are: how cheap/simple is it to share infrastructure with some other company?
will they let you if it belongs to them?
can you make them share?
can you afford to build it yourself (as a junior explorer)???

good place to look is to read past fortescue threads when they were dealing with it...or rio and bhp woes with the government when they were being 'made' to share their infrastructure...

'in theory' GIR is not far from the hub...only 200 km !
but thats still 200 clicks away from the 'counter' (where the money is) that we HAVE to think about!
