    Montage is consolidating IC plays and look like they want to build a major. Look at how A1G, Sanu etc have performed after deals structured in the same way.

    Why do we want Montage shares. Well because they are likely to go up and it ties the plays together. It also is the link to Lundins and Zhaojin.

    Use of funds, more rigs and DFS completed in the next ~15 months. Montage/Lundins/Zhaojin offer either financing support or a buyout.

    This will be the last raise IMO. AUE probably doesn't exist in 18 months
