Yes ELKS ann was on 7/4/08 but there have been leasing
these lands since MAY/2007 as per ann 27/5/08.
This is something i overlooked that they have had this
land already 11 months.(Not sure if anybody else noticed
or cares).


Theres a grand plan there somewhere....
