Sorry bas my ancestory is Montenegrin, however, my speak of the local lingo is terrible (I cannot read the language). Sad really. As for these so called possible obstructions it is amazing what effect the $$$$$ has esp in tiny countries like Monty where, unemployment,inflation and poverty is rife. The only way countries like Monty can thrive is through foreign investment and thus I see SSC'S presence a very opportunistic way for the region to improve. A fledgling European country wanting to join the EU would do anything to encourage investment,employment and development for their people.
