I think it is a genuine buyer hoping for the stock at that price due to the weak market.
Unusual to see genuine buyers these days - most bids on most spec companies are props.
It isn't a bad thing if the order slowly gets filled.
If he doesn't pick up the shares he might just go elsewhere - and you know what will happen then - sudden panic selling by the kind of investors who suddenly want to sell when there is no interest from anyone else.
I think it is a genuine buyer hoping for the stock at that price...
