interesting strategy; to average down in a downtrend.
If the bottom's in it will surely pay off handsomely. Depends on your risk profile I suppose (and the size of your position).
Im interested in this stock and also mml.Try is a bit scary at the moment due to argentine govt. Ive been poring over the slr chart from every angle trying to figure out what their target is. I have a strong suspicion it is early 2.30's but I dont know.
I dont value this stock on where I think the pog will go since I dont know that. I value in on where the pog is and worst case scenario of around $1450 in a panic sell off. I still dont see a reversal pattern on the chart. Maybe there wont be and Ive missed the bottom; no problem, I will catch the next bus but if you look over the slr chart it can reverse trend with a massive intraday selloff and reversal.
The flogging of other quality gold producers today is also a bit scary.
Still watching and waiting on this one but its getting harder since I know that when the sentiment and trend changes for the companies Ive mentioned there is potential for some great gains.
