Don't the directors owe a duty to shareholders to inform whats happening? Surely they can't just let this carnage play out and not say anything? Its amazing that the production of an annual report which costs 10s of thousands can carry so little weight against a mere benign comment in reply to an ASX speeding ticket. Asx probably needs to issue another ticket. I wonder if the off loading of holdings by Margaret Horne see form 604 on 21/9 has killed confidence. She had 37% in March and in September 17%, could she have continued to offload and why?
