That's because he is a momentum trader, he is not a 'value investor' - he's only in things that are going up...and out miraculously before it starts going down.Nothing wrong with that, good luck to him - but he is clearly deceiving the public in pretending that he has some mathematical Intrinsic Value formula for coming up with entry points.
